I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a certified clinical trauma provider, a certified DBT provider, and the founder of Bloom Therapy. I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Fairfield University, and I’ve spent over three years working in residential treatment with adolescents facing complex and severe mental health challenges. I began as a clinical intern and grew into a leadership role as a program director — experience that deeply shaped how I approach therapy today.
Working in high-acuity settings taught me something important: people don’t need to be “fixed.” They need to be understood.
I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, identity development, and life transitions. I’m especially passionate about supporting teens who may feel misunderstood, guarded, or resistant — and helping them build insight, confidence, and emotional tools that actually stick.
My approach is relational, direct, and grounded. I balance warmth with honesty, validation with accountability. Therapy with me is collaborative — we slow things down, make sense of patterns, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels safe but intentional.
At Bloom Therapy, the goal isn’t perfection — it’s growth. Growth that feels steady, sustainable, and rooted in self-understanding.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are while also helping you move forward, I’d be honored to work with you.
At Bloom Therapy, there is no age that I am unexperienced in working with. I am dedicated to providing high-quality psychotherapy services to a wide range of clients and aim to fill up my availability. I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings and work towards a happier, healthier life. Contact me today to schedule an appointment and take the first step towards a brighter tomorrow.
If your teenager is struggling, early support matters. Anxiety, depression, emotional volatility, withdrawal, or behavioral changes rarely resolve on their own and waiting can make patterns harder to shift.
Therapy provides structure, accountability, and a space where your teen can be challenged and supported at the same time. They learn how to regulate emotions, take ownership of their choices, communicate effectively, and build resilience that lasts beyond adolescence.
You are an essential part of that process. While your teen’s confidentiality is respected, I work collaboratively with parents to improve communication, clarify expectations, and create consistency at home. Real progress happens when everyone is aligned.
The goal is not just short-term relief , but it’s equipping your teen with the skills and self-awareness they need to function confidently and independently.
